We had booked a couple of months in advance but from the minute we arrived we knew it was going to be a fantastic day! We used the relaxation rooms (divine!), the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. All were spotless and clean. The staff were friendly yet professional and the dressing gown super fluffy. The highlights were the facial which was just the most relaxing one I have ever had and the dinner. Dinner itself was so yummy. No small portions here, we left feeling full and content. I had the chicken and caramel apple slice - both highly recommended. A great spa day overall!!

The experience was amazing a gift from our Daughter. The process with buyagift was seamless and so straight forward. I would not hesitate to use them again.
