Difficult
Tried to activate this several times this year, but no response from Buyagift despite messages confirming all ok. Finally contacted provider direct, and they sorted everything out, only had one pack so far, but enjoying the results. Had other Buyagifts before when all was OK, so dunno what went wrong this time.

Not heard anything from anyone!!!
Not impressed! Received a gift on the 22nd Dec and claimed it same day. Chased yesterday and no one is replying or telling me that anything has been activated or when I will expect my first delivery.
Seriously not impressed and wouldn't buy for anyone.
