About the experience
If you’ve always wanted to learn how to stand-up paddleboard and would like to learn properly with your family or friends, with a fully qualified SUP instructor in a beautiful location then this is the experience for you. Available for two, this is WAY more than just a 'taster' session this comprehensive beginner's paddle lesson is all about skills, safety, confidence and FUN! Develop a professional paddle technique; more power, less effort, more stability, and protection from injury. Learn all about paddle safety; knowing your environment, taking the right gear, finding the right board Pivot turns, water pistols and sup yoga exercises available for the brave beginner!
What do I need to know?

- All training and safety procedures will be provided during your experience
- All participants must be able to swim 50m
- All under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult
- The land briefing will take approximately 15-minutes
