About the experience
Ease into abseiling with a taster session designed to build confidence one step at a time. After a thorough safety briefing from fully-qualified instructors, learn how the ropes, harness and abseil system work before heading to the purpose-built 15ft indoor wall. Practise controlled descents, complete around three-to-five abseils and refine core techniques in a supportive environment, gaining the skills to tackle higher walls or natural rock faces in the future.
