A Calm and Quiet Place - Feeling Good All Over
I was made to feel welcome even before day of treatment. I broke my toe literally 3 weeks prior and usually massages done upstairs. All set up downstairs for me. From moment, I walked in, felt calm, offered drink, delighted to see herbal choices....
I have Fibromyalgia, my body needed muscles to be released. It felt wonderful. Choice of Lavendar, lemon or Grapefruit oils, Total Relaxation - soft calming light and soothing music. Within 10 minutes, my tight muscles in back, were relaxed

Relaxing gift
There was not a lot local to where I live but found the Basingstoke wellness in Basingstoke offered a Hot stone or full body massage. Seldom do I treat myself to a massage but really glad I did. Daisy who was my masseuse was really good and gave me a firm massage. Will re-visit for sure.
