• Spa access is from 9am–1pm
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Please inform the supplier of any health conditions before arrival. Spa treatments are not recommended for people in the first trimester of pregnancy. Please contact the supplier for further details
• Treatment time includes collection from the waiting area, consultation and hands-on treatment time
• Bannatyne operate a cashless payment system, so please bring a debit/credit card or contactless payment device to make any purchases on the day
• The £10 voucher is only valid on a minimum £40 spend
• Spa bag hire charges vary by location, starting from £10 per person. This fee includes a robe, towel, flip-flops, and bag. The flip-flops and bag are yours to keep at the end of your spa day. This fee is non-refundable. Additionally, a refundable deposit is required for any spa bag provided, starting from £10 per person. This deposit will be refunded upon the return of the robe and towel at the end of your spa day. Alternatively, guests may bring their own robe, towel, and footwear
