About the experience
Partial to a pint or two? Brewhouse and Kitchen are passionate about the really important things in life – food and beer, and with this experience you can indulge in both! Your day will begin with tea or coffee and a delicious bacon sandwich. You’ll then get to learn all about the brewery and their processes before trying your hand at creating your own craft beer. You will begin the process by 'mashing in' and learning about what is happening in the mash tun, before stopping for lunch and beer break. You'll then finish brewing the beer by adding hops and transferring it to the fermenter. Finish with a couple more beers and leave with a brewing certificate! This day out is a must for any beer lover.
What do I need to know?

- This experience is available Fridays and Saturdays at 10am (There may be mid-week sessions available depending on the chosen location)

Superb Day out
I was lucky to be the only attendee for my brewhouse experience so had a proper 1-2-1 time with my brewmaster Martin. Very hands on and explained each step in detail and had a number of beers from the bar to try and he explained the thinking and thought process behind each one. The beer (stout) we brewed is due to be on tap in a couple of weeks and will be back in to try it out...

Excellent Day
This days comes very highly recommended, had 10 half beers all of which were great, bacon roll for breakfast and burger and chips for lunch, plus of course the mini key at the end, quality of food and beer was excellent, also the brewer's presentation and detailed knowledge was exceptional and contributed to a great day, great value day out, thanks again.

Excellent day brewing beer
I had a fab day brewing beer under the expert guidance of Martin.
It was extremely good value for money and an experience I would do again.
We started with coffee and set up the hops. Then we had our first beer, which was followed with a number of further tipples through the day.
Lunch was included and was very good and at the end of the day I got to take away a small keg of beer.
All in all a superb day.
