Good food, confusion around voucher
First class service from waiter and phenomenal food. Enjoyed the vibe.
When asked to redeem my voucher, I applied a discount code as was widely advertised on the website for this voucher. However, the restaurant was unable to redeem the full amount due to differences in the amount I paid.
Eventually restaurant staff was kind enough to sort this out with Buy a gift's customer service.
Otherwise, platform easy to use. Instructions to booking was in a different email, it was relatively easy to get things done.
