About the experience
Craft your way to chocolate glory on this creative workshop with Chocolate Collective. Choose from their Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham workshops and prepare to get hands-on making delicious chocolate truffles! Led by expert chocolatier, Louise Attenborough and her team, you’ll learn from the very best. Kick off the experience with a lesson in the history of chocolate and how this luscious treat is made, all the way from the cocoa bean to the bars we all know and love. You will then be shown how to create delicious Belgian truffles from raw chocolate ingredients. Take them with you to enjoy at home. Delicious!
What do I need to know?

Excellent course...very social
The tutor was lovely, making everyone feel welcome. I was on my own but she paired me up with another single person. The whole group had a laugh, whilst making incredible truffles. The tutor was mindful of allergies and nothing was too much trouble. I loved it and got to take home 3 bags of truffles.
