Coffee Roasting and Brewing School for One at Two Chimps Coffee

Discover the wonderful world of speciality coffee with this coffee roasting and brewing school for one person at Two Chimps Coffee in Rutland. You’ll start by learning how coffee is grown, processed and ethically sourced ready to roast in Two Chimps’ own roastery. Go behind the scenes with a live roasting demonstration, where the passionate and friendly team will explain the step-by-step process, roast profiles, and how they control the roast. With each coffee roasted by hand and using the senses to judge when it’s done, this is true artisan coffee making. Next up is a mini brewing workshop where you’ll learn about grind sizes, brewing devices, brewing ratios and how to get the best out of your coffee at home. Take home a 250g bag of coffee of your choice to put your newfound knowledge into practice.

• Available on selected Saturdays and Sundays, January–October
• The coffee school starts at 10am
• Unfortunately, this experience is located upstairs with no disabled access
