This is the perfect experience for all those gin lovers out there! Grab a fellow spirit lover and head to the Defiance Distillery's Gin Academy in Greater Manchester to distil your own gin and explore their distillery. For the true gin connoisseur, this masterclass gives you the chance to experience first-hand the art and science of creating your own unique bottle of gin. You’ll kick things off with a refreshing gin and tonic whilst you learn all about how Defiance Distillery create their tantalising spirits. Then it’s time to get crafty distilling your very own bottle of 500ml gin, under the guidance of the master distiller. Tuck into a delicious locally prepared snack board together, including cold cuts, cheese, meats and olives. Finishing with a final G&T each and document your botanicals on your 500ml bottle before heading home.

What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for two people
• Available on Saturdays between 1pm–4pm, year round
• Please note, although this experience is for two people, one person will get involved with the creative gin-making process, while the second person will accompany them as a guest, watching and joining in with the experience and enjoying drinks and snacks
