What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for one person
• Available on Saturdays and Sundays, year round excluding Saturday mornings
• Please allow between 60-90 minutes for this experience
• Minimum age: 11 years; participants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian permission
• Maximum age: 85 years
• Minimum height: 4ft 8in; maximum height: 6ft 2in; maximum weight: 18st
• Due to the practical and physical nature of this experience, all participants must be able bodied and able to understand and follow verbal instructions
• Participants must be physically fit with no serious health conditions
• Comfortable clothing, long socks and flat-soled shoes are recommended; glasses must be worn if needed
• Participants must be able to wear a helmet; a balaclava must be worn under the helmet and be purchased on site if you do not have one
• Booster cushions are available on request; helmets are supplied where required
• Please note, this experience involves artificial smoke effects, real flames, tripping hazards and similar risks
• Those with limited mobility may be able to take part in passenger experiences; some vehicles may be difficult to enter and exit so please inform the venue in advance if assistance is required
• No driving licence is required
