About the experience

Sharpen your skills and develop your knowledge, over two and a half hours with a professional photographer, who can offer advice on all nature of photography queries. Learn about how to use different lenses for varying subject matter, how to operate your camera in semi-automatic and manual modes, how to compose the perfectly balanced photograph, and all about focal length, angle of view and perspective, among other topics and techniques.
What do I need to know?

- Courses last for 2.5 hours and run from 10am – 12.30pm or 1pm – 3.30pm
- Minimum age is 10 years. Under 18s must be accompanied by a paying adult

Photography course
Great friendly atmosphere and very informative, run by a very experienced photographer who was happy to explain more and answer any questions. An hour out on the London streets to put into practice what we learned was great fun.

Informative Experience
The Discovering Photography experience I had was a retirement present for me. It was very informative and I learnt quite a lot about what my camera can do when I take it off Auto mode. The tutor Vehbi was very knowledgeable and helpful. We did some of the course in the classroom before going to a local park to some practical photography. If you want to learn more about your camera then this is an ideal experience.

Discover Photography
Excellent short course. I took my digital Sony camera. Unfortunately I found out that as it's a 'bridge' camera it doesn't have full facilities to make manual adjustments. However, I now feel that I have more control and understanding of how to use my camera to its full potential!

Informative Guide for Beginners
Very informative course for both beginners and experienced photographers who need a refresh on the basics. Interactive experience, with a presentation followed by time to take pictures both inside and outside. Friendly atmosphere with a professional who was able to answer all my questions. Highly recommend.
