What do I need to know?

- Kew Palace is open April–October
- Kew Palace, Royal Kitchens, Queen Charlotte's Cottage and the Waterlily House are usually closed from late October to the end of March

- Kew Gardens opens at 10am and closing times vary according to season
- Minimum age: 17 years
- Children aged 0–3 years go free and children aged 4–6 years pay £6 on arrival
- Kew Gardens is accessible to wheelchair users and those with mobility scooters
- Most of the attractions are outdoors, so please wrap up warm in winter

Great day out
Although I waited months to use my gift voucher, the process activate and use it was very easy. The afternoon at Kew Gardens was very enjoyable. Its immense size lets you feel as if you’re miles from the city. The collection of plants from around the world is incredible.
