About the experience
Get back to what 4x4s were really built for as you enjoy a thrilling off-road driving experience at Oulton Park. You’ll receive expert tuition, making this ideal for beginners and more astute drivers alike. After a safety briefing and induction to the magnificent Land Rover Defender, you’ll be taken to the ‘nursery slopes’ to learn some of the basic techniques. It’s then on to the main event, as you take on the full course, covered in dips, slopes, water sections and bumps, to really put you through your paces! You will get a full 50 minutes’ worth of awesome off-road driving fun.
What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Your voucher is valid for one person
- Available week round, year round
- On receipt of your voucher, you are free to call the supplier directly to book your experience
- The experience lasts around 90 minutes in total
- Minimum height: 5'2” and maximum height: 6'9”
- Maximum weight: 20st
- You must have held a full UK driving licence for at least a year, and will need to present the original (no photocopies) on arrival
- Personal accident insurance and cancellation cover is included in this package

What a drive!
Had a long time wish to drive a land rover and I was not disappointed! When I saw the course, I didn't think it would be possible to drive this but with the excellent tuition from David, I got round pretty well. Would have liked in addition a slightly uneven track at the end to build up a bit of speed to get an overall experience of driving the vehicle. The test of driving through water and along logs was different and quite testing. Would recommend to others for a different driving experience!

Had a great day at oulton park doing the Landrover experience.. hosts were great at explaining everything you need to know and do… circuit was fun and a look so demanding but they put you at ease.. would definitely recommend…

Really Enjoyable Experience
This was great fun. Everything was explained very carefully at the safety briefing and the instructor who came with me was very clear with his instructions. A very enjoyable part of my 70th birthday celebrations.

Great intro into offroading
This is an exceptionally well organised experience, based at Oulton Park. It is really just a 1 hour taster, but great fun, good instructors and the Land Rover was ideal.
Highly recommended.
