Foraging Walk for One

Think you can identify edible foods in the wild? Let’s find out with an introduction to foraging experience with Totally Wild UK. Choose from locations across the country, grab a pair of walking boots and prepare for a fun day out. Meet a professional forager and a group of budding foraging enthusiasts and head to find wild food in the local area. You’ll be introduced to a whole variety of wild edibles and will be taught how to harvest them correctly and identify possible lookalikes. As well as gaining hands-on knowledge, you’ll get to sample a variety of pre-made food tasters to see how your wild ingredients can be used in cooking.

What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for one person
• Available on selected dates, from March–November
• Please book well in advance to ensure best availability
• Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult
• Please wear suitable clothing for the weather
• Sturdy, closed-toe shoes and long trousers are recommended to protect from nettles and branches
• Please bring water and snacks if necessary
• Totally Wild UK will provide any specific kit required on the day
• Children under the age of 12 years are free to attend – one child per paying adult
• A limited number of venues do not allow children or dogs, please check at the time of booking
