About the experience
This unique break for two will take you to the heart of Transylvania, the home of Dracula. You will visit the legendary Bran Castle - a fortified outpost which housed Vlad the Impaler from time to time during his reign – as well as the picturesque, crumbling ruins of Rasnov Fortress, which provides stunning panoramic views. You’ll also be able to explore the charming medieval town of Brasov, before travelling back to Bucharest via Sinaia.

Gift for my Partner's 40th he will never forget!!
I bought the Dracula experience as a gift for my partner's 40th birthday. He is a massive Dracula fan and he was over the moon by this. We got back from the trip 2 days ago and WOW is all I can say. Given that I am not as mad on Dracula as my partner I absolutely loved this tour. Our tour guide Marius M was incredible from start to finish. The whole trip was organised so well and as we went rather late on in the year there was actually just the two of us on this tour so we got a private tour (the can be up to 16 people on each tour) This didn't stop Marius from giving us the best experience ever. Romania as a whole is a beautiful and very scenic country which must be seen. We were so impressed with Untraveled Paths (the actual tour company) that we booked another trip with them before we left for Next May in Italy. I would 100% recommend this tour.

Fang-tastic!
If you're looking for a relaxed city break, leisurely strolling around castles, then this is not the break for you. Pack your walking shoes, get your cameras ready and be prepared for a highly active tour of Transylvania. The weekend was crammed full of adventure - cities and villages, sunshine and snow-capped mountains and a country steeped in history. Our own personal guide took us around the country in a private car (no tourist crammed buses). We saw fortresses, castles, Dracula's birth place and of course the castles. The hotels were excellent, our guide was brilliant and so accommodating and the countryside is stunning. I would recommend that you have a moderate level of fitness to enjoy all of the activities as there are lots of steep hills, steps and towers to explore. Also be prepared for long car rides on winding roads, but well worth the journey. I would thoroughly recommend this trip, particularly to Dracula lovers.
