• Once all modules are completed, you will take a multiple-choice test that can be taken at a time and location of your choice
• The examination pass mark is 70%
• The four courses consist of between 15 and 25 modules, taking approximately 20–90 minutes to complete
• You can retake the test as many times as is necessary and all retakes are included within the price
• After completing the online test, simply log into your account and download/print your certificate any time you need it
