Over the course of this fun and informative class, you’ll learn from expert brewers and distillers the step-by-step process of making your very own cider or gin from scratch. With all equipment provided, you’ll also be able to take home either a gallon of your own cider or a bottle of your own corked and labelled gin to enjoy at home. Create your own bespoke blend and learn all about the history of the drinks and theory behind the production process at this family-run distillery in Cornwall, and top it all off with either a cider tasting or delicious gin cocktail.
