About the experience
Nature fans and bird enthusiasts will love getting up close and personal with a fearsome hawk, and you’ll get to learn all about handling these magnificent birds. Located in the beautiful Kent countryside, the 6-acre nature trail will be the stunning backdrop for your ‘hawk walk’, as the bird of prey you take out follows through the trees behind you. Then you’ll have chance to watch the bird land on your own gloved hand as you offer it a morsel of food. An amazing experience! Great experience
Received this experience as a gift and can say it was a lovely trip. Our guide Oli was very polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the birds. The other staff members were also as lovely. The whole centre is well worth a visit as loads of other animals to see and the coolings shop also has lovely items & the cafe also nice. A really lovely day out thank you.

Excellent gift
A very 'up close and personal' experience with a very beautiful Harris hawk, that was constantly flying to and from our gloved hands. Our falconer, Stephanie, gave us a wealth of information about this hawk, explaining it's habits, hunting style and life in both the wild and in captivity. All in all, this was a very good value for money visit and I will recommend this to others.

A fantastic experience!
Went with my 16 year old son and we both really enjoyed our experience. The hawk was incredible, so beautiful. Our hosts Hector and Ollie were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, we learnt lots and they made it very interesting. We also looked around the sanctuary after, it's a great little place to visit. Would highly recommend this experience!
