Spa day
The hotel and spa day was really nice and we have no complaints whatsoever re the day!
BUT, I will never ever recommend Buy a Gift to anyone, it was the most difficult and annoying thing to use and nothing beats me ! It was bought as a gift for me and my husband for a sumptuous 2 night stay away! It was so difficult to use and then when I finally chose somewhere out of frustration you wanted me to add a further two hundred and eighty odd pound to it! I paid an extra £20 to extend it last year and still couldn’t sort it out! Then after umpteen emails and phone calls it was changed to a credit making it much easier to use. But it was a dreadful experience which took the shine out of the gift our daughter bought for us!
So I will never ever ever purchase one or recommend anyone to purchase one of your gift smart boxes

Very good indeed! Friendly staff, really lovely lunch, the vegan lasagne was delicious. We both felt pampered and relaxed with fabulous massages and great vibe in the spa.

Relaxing day!
I attended Telford Golf spa and hotel for a “signature spa” treatment day, which included a 50-minute treatment, and a light lunch, along with access to all facilities. Me and my partner really enjoyed our massages, they really eased the tension in my back and removed all knots. The facilities were clean and chic, with a sauna and steam room which we thoroughly enjoyed. The pool was dimly lit, which looked very aesthetic, however there was a children’s swimming class which was slightly distracting. The changing rooms and showers were also very clean and well kept. We enjoyed our lunch
