Nice experience but poor replacement items for dietary requirements

Food was generally very tasty and we were able to take anything we didn’t finish home. It seems a shame that only 1 pot of tea is included given the price of the afternoon tea - even a hot water refill would suffice. Also the replacements for dietary requirements weren’t like-for-like - I couldn’t eat smoked salmon as I’m pregnant, and my husband doesn’t eat it. It was replaced with mushroom, despite me e-mailing in advance & I had even suggested to put the meat component of another biting on the afternoon tea menu (pork belly) in the bao bun. I just felt with pre warning about the dietary requirements, a more equivalent replacement should’ve been provided. Our waitress wasn’t that friendly, especially when I asked about this. It really let the whole experience down.
