Boasting over 100 different herbs, salads, edible flowers and fruits, Rudding Park is home to an array of award-winning produce in its rich and vibrant garden area. Designed by Matthew Wilson, the Harrogate based Kitchen Garden covers 1320 square metres and boasts 52 raised beds made from English oak trees – all of which can be explored with this guided tour for two. Choosing from the menu of the day, settle down in the splendour of the two AA Rosette Clocktower Restaurant for a delicious three-course lunch. kitchen garden tour Rudding Park
This was not boring nor overly seroius. A really interesting and enjoyable tour of the garden hosted by Emma who made the tour enducational and facinating. She explaned hoe the garden has to meet the demand of the chefs for specialist herbs and vegetable but at the same time the garden introduces new products that in turn challenge the chefs.
The hotel lunch afterwards was excellent, with super service and value for money .

Brilliant lunch
I received the kitchen garden tour with a 3 course lunch from my daughter for my birthday.
We had a very informative tour of the garden followed by a lovely 3 course lunch in the Clocktower conservatory.
Both the service and the food was top notch. We had a really lovely time.

Special experience to celebrate Ruby Wedding
From driving up the impressive drive and grounds and seeing the stylish hotel, and into the luxurious interior, my husband and I had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The staff were professional, courteous and customer focused and made us feel like honoured guests. The tour around the kitchen garden was delightful - impressive walled garden of edible produce, escorted by knowledgable and charming young gardener, followed by delicious lunch on terrace of the hotel on a lovely sunny day. Excellent experienced from beginning to end.
