Fantastic experience and easy booking process
I was given this experience as a Christmas gift and I am kicking myself for not using it more quickly! I booked on Wednesday for the weekend and was really surprised at how easy the booking process was. I had some queries about the timings and these were dealt with quickly and efficiently by Stratton House staff.
They checked dietary requirements before our visit so the afternoon tea was ready without the last minute need to avoid using any product with coconut in (my husband has an allergy). The scones, sandwiches and cakes were delicious.
The spa its self was clean, had a really relaxing atmosphere and was not overly busy! It was a hot day so we spent most of the time sitting on the sun loungers in the sun. The jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and showers were not busy so we could use them as and when we wanted.
We opted for the back to life treatment which consisted of a back exfoliation, mud mask and massage. We both enjoyed this.
All in all a really enjoyable day!

Relaxing Spa afternoon .
Bough this as a guft for my daughter and myself.
Such a beautiful place, everyone was so friendly and happy.
The pregnancy massage my daughter had was perfect. And my mud wrap was amazing.
We had cream tea for 2 which was delicious and so much we took sime home. The scones were the best We had tasted ??. Overall a perfect afternoon .

Lovely Spa day
Had a wonderful day st the Stratton hotel. Staff were all very helpful and informative. My friend snd I had a full body massage which was wonderful. The spa facilities are very clean and well maintained. We also had an afternoon tea which was really nice with beautiful sandwiches and warm scones. Would definately recommend this location thank you

Lovely small spa -but not enough space
Really lovely surroundings and relaxing small spa, but there was not enough seats for how busy it was on a Monday PM spa experience. We struggled to all fit into one small lounge area (although there is another relaxation room but has no views) and the jacuzzi is really small. Definitely requires more space and it isn't the cleanest spa (hair in the drain in the steam room). Nice when quiet though, I just wonder if there should be a limit on number of people in the spa booked at one time. Sadly, afternoon tea wasn't booked and the manager was very abrupt we felt stating 'I will have to see if my kitchen can put something together'. We did feel it was rushed and were slightly frustrated after a relaxing day it wasn't a great end. Otherwise, good value for money.
