Lymphatic Massage or Mini Facial at Primas Beauty

I have received the buyagift voucher from a friend of mine for my bday. I was pretty excited to use it as it came with a thick booklet of treatments I could use so it looked very appealing and professional. Unfortunately the system to use the voucher is very unclear in my opinion.I would think it will be very straightforward like Groupon or a wowcher but it’s far from it. When I called to book my appointment I wanted to have a massage, firstly the receptionist couldn’t find my voucher and secondly she didn’t know what treatment I can have. She still booked me in for a massage and asked to bring my voucher which I did. When I arrived for my treatment I was informed that unfortunately I can’t have massage as it’s not in their offer. I was dissatisfied as I’m pretty sure when I was chosing my treatment I saw an option for massage but oh well. I was offered two different treatments instead. I wasn’t too happy about it as I really needed a massage. My body goes though hell and back as I’m a fitness professional and also a boxer so I was very particular about my treatment. I had some lymphatic treatment instead. The place is beautiful and stuff is very polite so I don’t want to complain about the actual service I have received. But the buyagift voucher could have organize it slightly better in my opinion. Definitely I will not use it again
