About the experience
Visit Lakeland Wildlife Oasis in Cumbria for your chance to meet and greet some of the most popular species in the animal kingdom! You and your fellow animal lover will have the opportunity to get up close with not one, not two, but three unique creatures – the cheeky meerkats, the curious lemurs and the charismatic emperor tamarin, spending 20 minutes with each! A friendly, knowledgeable keeper will be on hand to answer any of your questions and teach you about caring for the animals, whilst you get to feed them and enrich their lives by giving out some fun things for them to play. These friendly creatures will come over to see you and you can interact with them all during your time in the enclosure. Entry to the zoo is included too, so you’ll have the rest of the day to explore the grounds, visiting the other mammals, reptiles and birds at Lakeland Wildlife Oasis.

Amazing
Bought as a birthday treat for my partner , we went mid week . Had a really good time , we were well looked after , really informative and the keeper made it fun (we built sandcastles with the meerkats) definitely recommend

Cherished memories
This was a gift for my son. It was such an amazing experience. One we will never forget. They don't rush you through the enclosures. You get an hour in total and being up close to such beautiful animals is truly unforgettable. I can highly recommend this

Fantastic experience
Wonderful time at Lakeland Oasis. It was amazing to get so close to the Meercats, Tamarin Monkeys and Lemurs. They will come and sit on you to be fed and are so gentle. The zoo itself is quite compact but lots of animals to see. We were there 10.30 - 2.30 and took our lunch. There was plenty to see between the experiences and it was a wonderful day. Even my partner enjoyed it and he only really came to keep me company!

Great experience of animals
It is great experience of animal. We have close interactions with Meerkats, snake, chameleon, red foot tortoise and lemurs. Originally we should have monkey, but as the monkey just had new born baby, so they used reptiles (snake, chameleon and red foot tortoise) to replace. They also advised us this replacement in advance and offered refund if we did not like the replacement. We had a great day by feeding some of these animals or close watch and learned a lot about these animals. It is great value of money
