Boasting a traditional charm and country elegance this hotel offers a relaxing retreat in beautiful surroundings. You’ll stay in a classic double room that is modern and comfortable, where you can sit back and relax or head out and explore the vast grounds. In the evening, make your way down to Oakridge Restaurant where you’ll enjoy a delicious dining experience and choose from the mouth-watering menu, complemented by a glass of prosecco. You can expect a variety of tempting options that combine classic and contemporary dishes made with the finest ingredients. The following morning, you can tuck into a full English breakfast – the perfect way to top off your stay!
What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Your voucher is valid for two people
- Available Sunday–Friday
- Surcharges may be applicable for peak periods
- Certain main course dishes incur an additional charge, payable directly to the supplier
- You will need to book your stay at least three days in advance, although we advise booking as early as possible due to the popularity of this venue
- Check-in at 3pm and check-out at 11am
- There is a £30 allowance per person for dinner
- Access to the spa facilities is not included and is available at an additional cost
- Please inform the hotel of any dietary requirements at the point of booking

Nice experience
The hotel restaurant was really lovely but room we stayed is out dated for a 4 star hotel. The spa is an amazing experience especially the heated pool overlooking the whole estate.

Best ever gift
Received this best ever gift as birthday present. Stay was good except for limited food options. I'm vegetarian. Salad or risotto for dinner. Had salad for lunch as I am gluton free and don't eat pizza or sandwiches. I don't like risotto so when asking for other options was given lunch menu, salad or pizza??
Ended up eating vegetarian pizza although only made it through a 3rd of pizza due to being careful about wheat intolerance. Quite disappointed that I had no options when meat and fish eaters had plenty. Everyone else eating restaurant quality food in lovely setting whilst I had to lump it with a pizza. Not hard to have a couple more veggie or vegan options. Losing out on custom from persons in this food category.
Room was not ready by 3.40pm so had to be given another room.
Asked to vacate our table at breakfast 15 minutes before our hour time slot was up because 24 golfers arriving. There where more than 24 seats in the restaurant??
So poor food options and not allowed our full hour breakfast even though I'd booked the slot, room not ready even though hotel was not full.
Other than that hotel and grounds are lovely.
My daughter was upset because she thought she was treating me to a lovely stay at a lovely hotel with dinner and breakfast. Shame about the food situation. Felt like I didn't really matter because I don't eat fish or meat and golfers breakfast booking more important than mine. Won't be going back there.
Hopefully any more buyagift stays elsewhere will not be like this.
I do appreciate that these are discounted prices but when food is included I expect to eat.
