What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website

- Available week round, year round, excluding the Christmas and New Year periods and Valentine's Day

- Check in is from 3pm and check out is by 11am
- Spa access is available from 8am–8pm
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes before each treatment to complete a consultation form
- Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements upon booking
- Dinner is served in the Sakura Restaurant from 7pm–9.30pm. Dinner is from a set menu. Upgrades are available, and supplements apply for some items

Great staff, tired rooms
The staff have all been very helpful - our break had to be changed twice. This is very much a golf hotel and in early January it was cold, lacked atmosphere and was uninviting. our executive room was definitely showing its age - cracked tiles in shower for example. Could not play golf as course was closed but given a voucher to return by the golf pro, and I look forward to playing here
