Nice gift
Booking was a little strange as everything was dealt with via email. I felt that the way in which you book this experience could be more customer friendly. However the experience itself was very relaxing, I was the only customer in and the lady took great care in doing my nails. I was also able to relax in their spa room with massage chairs and could help myself to complimentary coffee/tea if I wished.
