About the experience
Discover how to make your own pasta from scratch with an insightful two hour workshop at The Avenue Cookery School in Wandsworth. Learn from experienced chefs, who will teach key techniques in making pasta like a true pro! Watch them demonstrate and be lead through the class with some fascinating tips and tricks along the way. Be taught all the secrets of the pasta trade before you take things into your own hands. Mix, knead, roll, shape and fill your own pasta parcels as you work hard to create the perfect ravioli dish. You will then be treated to the opportunity to sit down and tuck into your own creations as you dine and catch up with the rest of the class.
What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Classes run on selected dates: 21st July – The Creamy Truffle Mushroom Ravioli, 10th November – The Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli from 7.30pm to 9.30pm
- Please inform the school at the time of booking of any dietary, allergy or specific medical requirements
- Whilst individuals are welcome you may be required to work in pairs during the lesson
- The duration of the lesson includes the teaching time and time to eat what you have made
