The store itself and the experience itself was lovely and enjoyable for the kids but the terms and conditions should be more explanatory.
I thought I was taking the girls out for an experience that wouldn't cost me any money..I booked a session, which was included in my voucher for 2 adults and 2 children, however, when I arrived I was advised that it actually depended on what pottery was bought to paint, and there was little to nothing covered by the £30 voucher price. So I ended up spending an additional £32 on top of the voucher.
As I say, not a criticism of the venue but the terms and conditions should be made more clear
