Not what we expected
The spa facilitys were nice, however, we found the whole spa and hot tub on the cold side. The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. The part we were surprised at is the treatment is DIY... so we paid all this money, just to give each other a massage? Was a bit weird and not what we expected.
