About the experience
If you love all things smoky and spicy, this smoke and spice cooking class at The Smart School of Cookery is the perfect day out. Owned by Ann Hood, a past contestant of MasterChef, this is the perfect chance to learn from the very best. On this informative class, you'll learn how to home smoke without any gadgets, as well as with Ann’s amazing reusable ‘smokies'. Join a group of up to 20 other participants and take turns helping the chef create tasty dishes. Learn how to make smoked trout pâté, spicy chicken wings, paprika sausages, pork balls with their dipping sauce and more. You'll learn plenty of tips and tricks from a talented chef and you can even carry on the learning at home with a 10-day free trial to the Smart online cookery school!
What do I need to know?

I was bought a cookery course at Ann's Smart School of Cookery - I went with my Nephew Lee and we had such a great time. We learnt so so much from Ann- She is BRILLIANT TRAINER.We prepared, cooked and served them ate our meal. Which I may add was amazing, so tasty and full of flavour

Gourmet Cookery Class and Lunch!
This was a superb cookery class and a thoroughly enjoyable way to spend a morning.
Ann, our host, was full of top tips and great ideas for stress-free entertaining. The menu we prepared and cooked looked fabulous and tasted divine! We are feeling inspired and are going solo this weekend to prepare the same menu for friends...... Thankfully Ann forwarded the menu and detailed recipes for us to follow.
