Dissapointed
The spa was not value for money. It was small with limited facilities. There were not enough loungers for the number of people there so we had to wait for someone to leave to lay down. The pool area was noisy, as was the relaxation room which must have been located above an office or somewhere as we could hear people talking so not relaxing. The pool area had chipped paint and rust and the hotel where we had afternoon tea just looked shabby with ripped seating and cushions. We were happy with our treatments though but overall I would not recommend the venue for a relaxing spa. The guy a gift process was easy to book with my voucher and there was lots of choice of where to use it, I have no issue with buy a gift, just disappointed with where I picked to use my voucher
