The best gift
My friends treated me to this gift for my birthday and it was one of the best gifts I’ve been given. The spa was so lovely, with complimentary tea and coffee, robes and slippers included and the lunch was very tasty too. They even had non alcoholic bubbly for those who don’t drink. My treatment was amazing. Almost put me to sleep. I must book a room here and come back.

Romantic spa treatment
Great service - massage was incredible. One suggestion would be for the pool to be slightly cooler as the steam room and sauna were very hot (or a plunge pool would be amazing) . I would also suggest informing customers that there is only one treatment room.

Most relaxing day
Started off with the back exfoliating and massage, it was luxurious. My body felt very relaxed after. The pool area is beautiful.
I also enjoyed a light lunch in Midtown, which was very nice. The aesthetic of NYX Hotel is right up my alley. Will definitely be back again. Loved it x

Nice experience
I enjoyed my treatments and lunch. Only criticism is you have to get changed again to eat lunch as they don’t allow robes upstairs.

A lovely relaxing afternoon at Rena Spa
I chose the gift myself & glad I selected Rena. Had a lovely massage, access to the sauna & delicious lunch. Friendly staff esp Chinese restaurant/bar man who helped me amend my food order at the last min.The pool area only played country music but it didn’t bother me as there was such a nice atmosphere. Overall good value, delicious lunch & a very nice day thank you!
