Lovely spa day at Linden hall! Booking was simple and the buy a gift team were fast and helpful when sorting an issue where I hadn't received the voucher. Resolved straight away ??

Spa Day at Linden Hall
Took my Mum here for a birthday treat. I had been given a voucher gift and actually upgraded the value significantly to go to this local venue and add in afternoon tea.
We had a full day including afternoon tea.
The actual spa treatment was a facial and was great.
The leisure facilities however are of a poor standard.
The hotel itself is generally tired and the leisure area is very old and in poor repair. It certainly does not feel luxurious or tranquil. There are not enough day beds around the pool to accommodate the spa guests and there is no ambiance.
The afternoon tea was tasteless and poor standard for the price.
I would not recommend this venue to others for a spa experience as there are much nicer places
