Brilliant day!
Spent the morning in the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and quiet room. The herbal teas were a lovely touch. I had Cat as my masseuse and she was wonderful. It was a great day and the lunch was amazing!

The buyagift side worked really efficiently, and the Rena spa side was absolutely brilliant, right through from making the arrangements and responding to e-mails before the day, to experience on the day. A fantastic swimming pool and wonderful treatments, nothing more to say!

Best gift ever, best spa day I've ever been on
From the minute you walked through the door you feel special and relaxed, what a beautiful hotel. Massage was outstanding. Staff all great, loved the relaxation room with tipees, thermal Spa was so good. Then a luxury light lunch with champagne, in a gorgeous resteraunt. Absolutely loved the spa day. Great value.
