About the experience
Come face to face with some friendly giants with this giant tortoise experience for two people at Hobbledown Epsom. These gentle, slow-moving creatures are some of the longest-lived reptiles in the world, and their mellow nature make them a wonderful creature to meet for animal lovers of all ages. Accompanied by a keeper, you’ll step inside the enclosure to meet Max, an African Sulcata Tortoise, and his Leopard Tortoise friends. Learn all about their lives and get up close and personal with these docile creatures. Afterwards, enjoy day entry to the rest of the park to meet a range of other fascinating animals.
What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Your voucher is valid for two people
- Available week round, year round, excluding the February, May and October half terms
- This experience lasts for 15 minutes
- Minimum age: 5 years
- Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult
- There is a maximum of two people per time slot
- Spectators will not be allowed to enter the enclosure but can watch the participants from outside of the enclosure
- Please inform the supplier of any allergies at the point of booking, as there may be allergens present during feeding and feed preparation
- Unfortunately, this experience is not suitable for those who are disabled or pregnant, or have learning difficulties or immune suppressant illnesses
