Highly recommend this hotel
Hotel was very clean and well looked after. Staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel was on the seafront which was really nice. Great value for money for the two night stay, only 40 minutes away from Brighton as well which was nice. Would definitely book this hotel again. Only downside is the parking, it is very limited but we alway found a space with 10 minutes.

greatest gift
This was a Christmas gift from my daughter for my husband and I. We choice eastbourne and the hotel as it had a lot to offer with excellent rooms and a swimming pool. We spent the two days sight seeing and then back to the pool to cool off.
The staff were smart happy and friendly so all in all the perfect break.

Eastbourne at it's dramatic best
Really enjoyed our anniversary stay in The York House Hotel. It was a Christmas present so all we had to pay for was the food and drink. There a good vibe about the hotel and it had a modern bar and reception area. The private indoor heated pool was great as we had it to ourselves and location couldn't have been better, being a short stroll to the pier and town centre. Free parking outside the hotel (ask at reception for the permit) meant that once we parked up we didn't need the car all weekend. Hope to go back again soon when the wet and stormy weather has gone for good!

Lovely break.
Hotel a bit tired, but refurbished rooms on the first floor are lovely. Great location.
