Lovely Christmas stay
We stayed at the Novotel in Reading City Centre for Christmas. We had such a lovely time. Th staff and hotel was great. Parking is expensive in reading and the hotel parking is extremely limited. We had to park 15 minutes away for a much cheaper rate. Next time we will get the train which is literally next to the hotel.Highly recommend this voucher and the hotel.

A very good 2 night stay
After getting over a problem with booking the room using the voucher, the 2 night break was very good. We had a very quick check in, and were very impressed with the family room. The swimming pool was excellent as were the changing facilities. The breakfast buffet was very good. The kids loved all of it. The 24hr parking cost was reduced to £12.

Good fun
Very friendly and helpful staff especially Laura in reception. The menu needs to be improved and a £3 room service charge is ridiculous.
