What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Available Monday–Thursday, year round, excluding bank holidays, special occasion dates and school half terms
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Due to high demand we recommend booking at least 8–12 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment
• Spa facilities available between 3pm on day of arrival and 1pm on day of departure Treatments must also take place within this time slot. Spa availability for this experience may be restricted or susceptible to further charges, please contact the supplier for further details
• The restaurant has a smart dress code and does not allow sportswear or trainers
