What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for two people
• Available Sunday–Thursday, excluding bank holiday weekends and Valentines weekends
• Surcharges may be applicable for peak periods
• Please book at least eight weeks in advance to avoid disappointment
• Please note, once a booking is made it cannot be cancelled or changed
• Bookings for more than six people are subject to availability and must be pre authorised by the hotel
• Check-in from 3pm and check-out by 11am
• All dates are subject to availability
