Great B&B
The Calm Sea B&B was great lovely hosts,and delicious breakfast. I would recommend, however the huge amount taken out of our gift for your admin fees was disappointing!

Disappointed
Very disappointed when we arrived to find out that we did not receive the full amount of the voucher (which was a Xmas gift) where I had to pay £60.00 to the calm sea guest house directly to them. We did not expect to pay this amount as we thought the voucher covered the cost of our stay for what we were entitled and was never explained to me that we were not entitled to the full amount. We were on a tight budget for the weekend and upset that we couldn't enjoy the full potential of our stay. I would appreciate it if you would look into this and credit the £60.00 as a gesture of good will to the debit card i used to pay the £1.61 you asked for. Look forward to hearing from you.
