Create stir-fried green beans with chilli hoisin, delicious garlic fried rice, tofu cooked in a spicy Sichuan sauce with mushrooms and mouth-watering Jiaozi dumplings. Sharpen up your skills with a Chinese cleaver and learn what sauces you can use to make authentic dishes. Spice up your cooking skills and become a veggie wok-star with this exciting class! At the end, you can sample your delicious Chinese dishes alongside a refreshing glass of wine.

What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for one person
• Available on selected dates of the month, year round
• The class will last for around 2½ hours with 30 minutes to enjoy your creations alongside a glass of wine
• Please inform the supplier of any dietary requirements at the point of booking
• Class usually has between 8–14 students with a head chef and assistant chef
• Under 18s will need an adult, who must also purchase a voucher, to accompany them on the course
