Good food, slightly awkward service
The reviews were somewhat mixed, so I wasn't sure what I was expecting - I chose it mainly because of the lack of other options that catered for non meat eaters. The place was full and buzzy. Before she seated us, the host confirmed our offer, took our order for tea (green or mint) and showed us to our table. Their USP is tabletop games, and orders are also placed from the table-top. We worked out that we should ask a server for more prosecco, rather than order it from the table top (which I imagined would result in it being added to our bill). The food arrived in stages and it wasn't clear which plates were the last. The service was friendly and the food was excellent, and an extra glass of prosecco was provided when we asked, we just found it a bit awkward as if the bottomless afternoon tea concept didn't fit comfortably into their F&B offer.

Idea great but shame the venue didn’t try harder
Concept unique as never had afternoon tea that wasn’t traditional but the venue didn’t live up to the expectation. Lack of attention to service, didn’t explain anything was told more times than needed that we needed to vacate the table at 5:30pm even before we’d even began eating. Bottomless to them means only one refill. Service charge added to bill without delivering service.

Very dissatisfied
The menu of the vegetarian tapas and afternoon tea was different to the one advertised on your site! The restaurant did inform us they have recently changed their menu however I do not feel the new menu was as good as the old one there was not enough variety and not enough vegan options with the desert; hence I feel we wasted our voucher which left us feeling very disappointed on our anniversary!
