BrightonYoga hosts three wonderful retreats that you can choose from, including hiking and yoga, yoga and forest bathing and yoga and mindfulness. After a 90-minute yoga class, try out forest bathing to feel connected to nature and ease stress. Or why not pick hiking and yoga to spend the day walking amongst the beauty of the Sussex countryside? If you’d prefer a gentler retreat, pick yoga and mindfulness, a four-hour experience that incorporates meditation, yoga and mindful walking. Feel reconnected to your spirit after this grounding experience in nature.

What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for two people
• Available week round, year round
• Minimum age: 18 years
• For the hiking and yoga retreat, you will need to be fit enough to walk for about one hour and you must be able to walk up a moderate slope
• The yoga classes are suitable for all experience levels
• Please bring:
  • Minimum of one litre of water
  • Sun cover (a hat, sunscreen and something to cover your shoulders with)
  • Any medication that you need
  • Tissues and hand sanitiser
  • A warm jumper in case it gets cold
  • A yoga mat and any equipment you might want to use (BrightonYoga can provide yoga mats)

• Dress appropriately in comfortable clothing and walking shoes
