What's included?

- Experience for two on the under-earth course, which includes underground zip lines, rope bridges, via ferrata, obstacles and tunnels
- Safety helmet provided. You can bring your own gloves, but gloves must be worn. The venue provides gloves at a cost.
About the experience
If you’re an adventure-seeker then you’ll be amazed by this incredible day out for you and a friend! The world’s longest fully underground zip line, Zip World Caverns is the ultimate destination for adrenaline junkies and the action types, thanks to its challenging obstacles, tunnels and zip lines. You will receive several briefings and training sessions on the day so you’ll be fully prepared when it comes to the main course. Once you’ve completed your training, you and your guest will soar the underground zip line and travel across rope bridges and tricky via ferratas. A fun day out for friends, families and couples!
What do I need to know?

- Maximum weight is 130kg
- You must be able to reach 1.8 metres whilst standing. Maximum height is 2.1 metres
- Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult
- This experience requires a degree of physical fitness
- You must arrive 30 minutes prior to the booking time for registration
- Failure to arrive on time will not entitle you to a refund and re-booking will be subject to availability
- The activity is based in an underground cavern where the temperature is approximately 10°C all year
- Refreshments are not included in the price. There are two cafés and a vending machine on site
- For people who require extra assistance, additional equipment and/or persons will be required for safe participation however, additional measures cannot be guaranteed
- Long hair should be tied back and all jewellery and scarves must be removed
- You must wear suitable clothing that covers arms and legs and preferably old garments to avoid dirt and damage
- Please wear trainers or walking boots. Open toe shoes, flip flops, sandals or similar types of footwear are unsuitable and not permitted

Scary but super fun
Amazing, terrifying experience that was professionally run from start to finish. Will definitely return to do the zip-line again one day, hopefully a little less scared.

Great fun, slate caverns
Bought tickets for family, from Buyagift. Christmas gifts pre Covid, so we were looking forward to this for a long time. We weren’t disappointed, although this is not for the faint hearted! Very well organised on arrival, and the pre start tutorial was excellent. Would say that you need to be fairly fit to do this course. Our 13 year old granddaughter led the way, everyone loved it. Nice area with picnic tables and a snack shop, we were lucky with the weather.

Not an easy day out but you leave feeling you have achieved something. We'll worth doing but think twice if you're not fit or scared of heights
