About the experience
Set in the heart of the Staffordshire countryside, Hawksflight Falconry Centre is offering an amazing opportunity to see some majestic birds of prey in their natural habitat. You can learn to fly them, and learn about a range of interesting and useful facts with this three hour birds of prey experience. You and your companion will get up close with hawks, owls and much more as the animal keeper takes you through a range of topics like housing, food preparation and telemetry. You'll get to learn how to tie a falconer's knot and handle the birds safely. Giving you an incredible insight into the interesting world of raptors. The perfect introduction to falconry!
What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Your voucher is valid for two people
- Your voucher may be used 10.30am or 12:30pm, Tuesday-Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, September-April, excluding Christmas, Boxing day and Easter Monday

Lovely experience
We spent a lovely relaxing and informative morning. Lovely peaceful setting and great to get so close to such beautiful birds as owls and Harris hawks. David and Amy were great fun and clearly love the birds and caring for them. It was a really great experience. Thank you

A wonderful gift
A brilliant experience. The two people running the centre and dealing with us were so friendly and down-to-earth but also so knowledgeable and informative. The birds were beautiful and so well cared-for We loved the whole thing.

Fabulouse treat...
I bought this Experience for my boyfriend for his Birthday, and we werent really sure what to expect - but what a fantastic day! Dave was brilliant from the start to finish, and his knowledge of the birds of prey is amazing. We did the Hawk Walk which was lovely and got to know Scout his beautiful American desert Hawke - what an experience!! Dave also saved us from the embassament of getting totally lost...and guided me all the way to the Centre from about 2 miles away, and he was lovely about it, even though we had made everyone have a late start due to our Sat Nav mishap!! It didnt ruin the day and everyone was very sweet about it! Thank you Dave for such a lovely day for my and my boyfriend on his Birthday xx

Great gift
A fabulous gift bought for me by my partner and it was great that we both got to enjoy the experience. David was very knowledgable about his birds and made the experience very interesting. Thoroughly enjoyed the walk around the field with a hawk, very exciting. Would definitely recommend.
