Unorganised
Was great to spend time with my Son but the restaurant wasn’t very well organised and the afternoon tea mediocre. We had to go find staff so we could order drinks as there was times non around.

Would not recommend
This experience was disappointing and we couldn’t wait to leave. We received no customer service. Upon arrival, we waited for 40 minutes to be served and during this time we received no communication from staff. Sandwiches were very stale and not nice. I had to ask for cutlery as none was given to us. Nobody came around to ask if everything was ok or to offer any top ups for tea (the restaurant wasn’t even busy). When we had finished eating, we waited for a long time and no one came over, so I had to go and find someone to ask what happens next (as we had a voucher), to which they said ‘you can just go’ and then walked off.
This experience ruined the occasion and it was a shame as this was a gift.
