• Your voucher is valid for one person
• Available week round, year round
• Spa access is from 10am to 12pm, with lunch served at 12.30pm
• Guests should arrive 15–20 minutes before their booked time
• Please allow four hours for this experience
• Minimum age: 16 years
• Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult to use spa facilities
• Spa treatments are only accessible to clients 18 and older
• Please bring suitable footwear and swimwear; single-use flip-flops are available for purchase an additional charge
• Towels and robes are provided
• Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements or allergies at the point of booking
• If you've had surgery in the last six months, seek medical advice before attending
• If you are pregnant or undergoing treatment for a medical condition, please inform the venue at the time of booking
• Written consent from a consultant is required to attend if you are undergoing any treatment for any type of Cancer
• Please bring your voucher and email confirmation on the day
